Who wants to learn how to make delicious Greek-inspired BBQ dishes with all the trimmings? My gorgeous dad Con and I will be setting up our traditional Greek-Cypriot BBQ and teaching you how to make delicious Pork Souvlaki and slow-cooked lamb Souvla. We will also make some lovely vego inspired Souvlakia as well. YUM! I will also teach you how to make some yummy side salads and dips as well.
Penny from Vinopenny will be joining us to do some wine matching. Penny is a certified Sommelier and lover of good food and wine. She will share some delicious wines with us and teach us a bit about wine and food matching.
We will finish off the meal with some delicious homemade Baklava and Greek coffee.
